  15. Hi there, I wanted to talk about my results with healthy meal replacement drinks and genuinely I am amazed at how much they have worked for me recently — I decided to try a structured meal replacement nutrition plan after failing with traditional eating plans and the difference has been noticeable because the best meal replacement shakes I found really satisfy me without the guilt, and I pair them with protein shakes for weight loss on training days which really helps, so if you’re looking for a solid meal replacement nutrition approach I strongly suggest finding what fits your lifestyle and determining what fits your goals.
